Bot, James Bot

Hi. My name is Bot, James Bot.
I am the first line of help. I am always available, despite some limitations, as I only answer the most common doubts.
Please check the frequently asked questions (FAQ) here to see if your doubt is already listed. I will do my best to include new questions as long they come up.
Alternatively, you can always ask my human colleagues during their available hours.
What are tags?
Tags are the topics on which we ask for your opinion and knowledge. You will find them in the “Contributions” section. Each time you contribute an idea, the system will ask you not only for the title and description but also to which tag you associate that idea. This will make it easier to analyze the information afterward.
What are likes for?
“Likes” is a way of recognizing the value of a colleague’s contribution. It is like giving them a vote, and it will help us know your preferences. As we only have a few votes, we have to choose very well which ideas we give them. Thus, in the final summary, the contributions with the most votes will be the ones that seem most relevant to all.
Can I use images?
When publishing your contribution you can add an image if you think it adds meaning or explains the concept you want to convey. It is not strictly necessary, but it can help to interpret your idea.
How do the idea filters work?
The ideas are presented in voting order. The most popular go first. Initially, ideas are not filtered, but we can apply the filters of open (can still vote), revised, or complete (closed to more votes).
Which customer segment are we referring to?
The tags we have selected to define our customers do not refer to any specific segment. The ideal customer can belong to different types, so depending on each case, we will have to read each label, giving it the meaning it would have for each segment we want to refer to.
